When I arrived room had never been cleaned from previous person that stayed. I contacted the front desk and was moved to another room I asked to speak to a manager and then two days later I finally spoke to the manager upon check out

Beautiful resort with views of Virginia Beach
We were pleasantly surprised with the suite, couldn’t believe there was a living room/kitchenette/and separate bedroom with king-size bed for such a great deal too...Will definitely be staying here again once we return back to VA Beach!

Clean, comfortable Excellent
Location:Restaurant in hotel we didn't go there, had a pool. Strip is just a small walk away
Came here for a weekend getaway. Easy free parking, across the street from beach. Clean rooms, hallway. Not your typical hotel needed some simple creamer and sugar for the coffee maker in room, staff looked at like we had three heads when we asked for some.

Great hotel for the price!
We arrived early and went to see about the possibility of an early check-in.. We were immediately checked in, about five hours early! Every interaction with hotel staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, nothing fancy, but as expected. The hallways are pretty warm and the room doesn't get quite cool enough in the sitting area, but the bedroom cools fine. The king bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower head wasn't amazing. A lot of noise comes through from the hallways and other guest rooms, but neither my husband (who is a light sleeper) or I noticed noise in the bedroom after going to bed. These are all minor issues though! They offer scheduled activities each day, have a game room, outdoor patio sitting area, indoor lounge area with a tv. The parking garage is small and tight to navigate, but it is convenient. The restaurant food is okay, but not great but it was nice to have for late night dinners. All in all, we were pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Very nice facility
Pros:Every staff member we dealt with was friendly and helpful and it left me with the belief that they are all happy to be there. We did not have a single
Cons:The sofa bed mattress could be a little better quality. It was clean, but uncomfortable.
Location:There are many places to shop and eat/drink within walking distance. The restaurant on site has excellent pizza.
We found this facility to be the best taken care of that we have experienced.

Great value for a timeshare
Pros:Close restaurants, Free Internet
First off it is not a hotel, it is a timeshare. We are RCI Points owners. We traded some of the point from our Myrtle Beach TS to get in here. The ocean is across the street and most of what you will need is walking distance as far as food and things go. The room was clean and comfortable. Laundry is free and onsite, linen exchange daily and free, free parking, and great seafood is across the street. The group that owns thi TS own two others in VA Beach as well and you may use their amenities as well.

Ocean Key
The stff was extremely rude. First they placed us in the wrong room and told me there was nothing they could do about it because I booked through a "third party company." And the tone he used when he said thay was like I was such a pain and trashy. Had I had known I would have been treated poorly because I booked through Travel Website I would called the hotel directly. It was truly the worst hotel experience I have encountered
(the incorrect room was much smaller than the one I paid for)
