There was just one woman working at the hotel and numerous guests had issues. She was completely overwhelmed. An off-duty maintenance worker came BACK in as he was heading home from work because he heard that there were so many issues (room locks not working, other in-room issues, etc). Our bathroom was definitely not cleaned well before our arrival and we had just 2 towels. We had to call down to request more. It was a 5 person room so not sure why there would only be 2.
One other thing I would suggest is that you tell guests that parking has a fee. It was very odd to have to pay to park when we could have parked in one of the shopping lots right next door for free.
Also, the breakfast was a mess. The waffle maker wasn't working and the lids on the warm food were scalding hot and my daughter burned her hand lifting off the lid to get eggs. There was a whole set of toppings for oatmeal...and no oatmeal. Also, there was only bottles of chocolate milk for the cereal, no regular milk, so my kids used the bottles.
Really shocking how poor of an experience we had since this isn't an old hotel. We are frequent Hilton hotel guests and this was one of our worst experiences.
