When we first arrived everything was great. Woke up in morning no hot water. Here for 2 nights. Told no hot water till we checkout they did offer resort fee back. Phone in room did not work. Suppose to come look at but no one came. 1 elevator out of order and someone got stuck in one of the other elevators. Staff are very pleasant and well knowledgeable. Great breakfast restaurant across the street. Only open for breakfast tho. Waterman restaurant next door is very good pkace to eat.

Parking was nonexistent. The property was going through construction and I was no made aware before booking. I was given a joining which I was not comfortable with. Also the floors were wet and hazardous.

The hotel was nice. Check-in took about 30-45 mins. I had 2 rooms reserved and didn't know they take out $200 for each room and hold it on my debit card and won't get it back in my account 3-7 days which is terrible at Christmas time when times are tight. Will not stay again or use travelocity.

We were so happy to be able to move to this hotel after our original hotel turned out to have serious issues. Our room was perfect for what we needed and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was great having both an indoor and an outdoor pool plus a fitness center.

The housekeepers poured water all over us on our balcony when i reported to the front desk and showed the amount of water they acted like it was no big deal. Also woke up to huge roaches in my room. The noise was out of control all night people yelling and doors slamming until early hours of the morning.

This property says that it is a resort, but it was a far cry from one. Room was dated. Furniture was obviously painted several times. Parking garage is ridiculously small and tight. They warn you about that, and give you an option to park about a block away. Half of the vending machines didn't work. The hotel lobby closes at 10:00 pm, so forget about any late night amenities. Very disappointing.

Parking was way to tight! Need a bigger garage . Loved all the kitchen supplies and extra’s. View was awesome!
