Staff at front desk was great. Only turn down was that at the middle of the night I woke up turn on the light and found a bedbug on the nightstand. None of us got a bite but I felt worried after seeing it. Left the lights turned on the rest of the night. Have to get exterminators to fix the problem. Other than that room was cleaned and the closeness to the beach is a plus.

We were disappointed that we signed up for a handicapped accessible room & having a hand held shower was most important.This was in our reservation notes & I also called about it. This was not the case & it made taking care of our disabled child more difficult than expected. Waiting outside in the rainstorm for a 4pm checkin with about 20-30 other people was a surprise but the staff did as best they could

There was nothing unique at all. Had to ask for towels, coffee for coffee maker, lampshade had cracks in it. Dirt under the air conditioner, microwave area dusty. Bathroom very small.

Had to pay up front instead of checkout . It was 6 of us and we didnt have extra towels to accomadate .they didnt clean our rooms and replenish anything .light was broken the drawere was brokenand the a.c made a bad noise the whole time so we couldnt sleep .the price was not worth it..the check in was awful because i kept getting pushed to the side untill i finally said enough was enough. I will not stay again.

This hotel needs to be completely gutted and redone - it reeked of bleach there was nasty stains everywhere shoddy amenities and the room was very unsanitary I would not recommend this property to anyone unless there was absolutely no other place to stay

Ok, I went into the motel because it’s most definitely not a hotel and it’s hasn’t been remodeled since maybe the 70’s. My room was small, and the beds seemed nice but the couch beds mattress was nasty and stained. The hotel staff was aware there was going to be at least 6 guests and didn’t leave enough towels or any extra blankets and sheets for the couch bed. No one brought them up we had to get them ourselves. It didn’t not have an ocean view so the pictures are completely misleading. The beach is a block away. The pool wasn’t ready to use and there wasn’t any kind of breakfast of course it was Covid. Has no one heard of pastries that are pre packaged. So for all of this amazing ness we payed $163 a night. We tried booking another hotel for the second night but there were no availability in something that was actually nice. I will never stay there again.

The rooms were so much better prior to covid but now they are almost nasty. Pull out couch was useless, drawers in dresser broken, alarm clock was busted, you couldn’t get a roll away bed to replace the broken couch! We will probably never come back to this hotel. Shocked at how far it’s gone down hill!
