Excellent front desk staff from check-in to check-out. The pool and hot tub were up and running. We are certainly interested in returning one day.

Disappointed in Va Beach
The "Resort" is clean. The bathrooms are a bit dated with those big ugly tubs but the living/eating area is great!! Very comfortable. They need to update their lamps and such to include USB ports for charging. Really no excuse for not keeping technology current; esp. at such a small expense. I was really disappointed that the balconies were closed!! The locks were removed so you couldn't go out. We arrived at night and didn't know why until the next morning. They are doing repairs on the balconies!! I get it that these things need done and off-season is the best itme to do it BUT I should have been informed BEFORE booking the room (Hotels.com!) I would have ABSOLUTELY chosen a different hotel. Trtle Cay staff said nothing about it when I checked in. NOT happy about that.
