While this place was a good deal and had plenty of space for a small family, it was seriously lacking in terms of maintenance and cleanliness.
The outside of the building was abysmal looking, with sheets hanging up in the windows, painter's tape on the outside of certain units, and noticeably unkept grounds. After checking in, we found that the door handle to our unit was broken, the TV remote was covered in a sticky substance, and neither of the lamps in the living room worked. Additionally, there was pubic hair still in one of the bathtubs, and the complimentary shower products had been opened and used, presumably by the guest/s before us.
The continental breakfast was equally unpleasant, as perishable food items such as eggs, yogurt, juice, etc. were not refrigerated or even on ice, but simply set out. Not having water for guests seems like a huge miss, as well.
This property has a lot of potential and could be quite comfortable if it weren't so substandard in terms of cleanliness and management. I will be staying at one of the neighboring hotels next time. The extra $30 or so seems worth it!
