an honest review.
This is a tired and worn down old beach front property. Litter and broken glass in the parking lot. Disconnected smoke detector in the room. Housekeeping had not cleaned that toilet bowl in weeks/months. All of the furniture was worn/threadbare. But for the price, you can park for free, hear the ocean, get cable TV, hot water, and a fridge in your room. I am not complaining, but I am sure many people stay here to be shocked with the state of things. For the price, I'd come back.

Very noisy on first floor, bathroom sink faucet leaked all the time, refrigerator was very noisy, entrance door had wide gap allowing wind and cold to blow in and whistle all night long, window curtain didn’t operate correctly, cigarette burn on bedspread, couldn’t get the WiFi to work
