"DRAMA and not a family friendly environment. We’ve stayed extended while we waited for housing to complete when we relocated. We’ve been given rooms with unmade beds, were locked out because they accidentally assigned our room to someone else and the guest went in our room, all of the top floor parking area is blocked off so you park and have to walk down through the garage to the other level, the cleaning crew don’t wear masks when going through the halls and cleaning, they run by you with trash and dirty laundry, and they call police to raid rooms when they eavesdrop and think you have drugs or illegal guns. Our last day we requested a refund after a cleaning woman entered our room without a mask and she had to move the sign we intentionally wrap on the handle so you can’t turn it without moving it. She walked all the way in looking at my daughters until she realized my husband was there and she couldn’t say why she went in. They congregate in the garage and watch you- specifically staring at our kids which was alarming with human trafficking being such a big issue here and in hotel industries. The manager just said it was a mistake not recognizing how intentional you had to be to move the sign my husband rigged around the handle- we have a high risk and are trying to be extra cautious with Covid.
The manager called unpleasant after Travelocy called her to ask for a full refund for the next week. We were locked out then asked to leave earlywhen we returned the night"…""DRAMA and not a family friendly environment. We’ve stayed extended while we waited for housing to complete when we relocated.
