When I got my first room it was noisy do to the people traffic and my pool was shared with next door. The staff was made aware of my disappointment and upgraded my to a Jr suit and no noise. Next time I'll bring the wife. The Jr suit is a must have.

very small resort with two restaurant and snack bar. food is the same every day same menu same food on the buffet, not much options. Staff is very rude it's almost like they don't want you there. One guest service staff by the name Freddy was the only one who seemed to be helpful and polite. the rest will even yell at you. The buffet restaurant manager female was extremely rude

They were not allowing any early check ins. They only had two people working the front desk so the line and wait was very long. They kept all luggage in a room that was accessible at any time by anyone, no one was there checking the bags in and out so anyone was able to walk in and take things. The beach had very few lounge chairs considering the size of the hotel. As for our room the sliding door to the patio did not lock and the patio opened up to an outdoor space accessible by anyone. We had to put the ironing board against the door to ensure it wouldn’t be opened from the other side. The front door itself locked but the reinforced lock was broken. We barely slept the entire night there was music blasting and people running around screaming and slamming doors. At one point it sounded like people were trying to open our sliding door. We only stayed one night otherwise we would have moved to a different hotel. Do not stay here

Excellent offerings for the price! Four choices of restaurants, and a starbucks! I'm from the u s And this is primarily a Mexican resort. But everyone was very friendly! A nice greeting goes a long way. The only issue I had was with the buffet food. Because I think it was making me feel bad. But I have a very sensitive stomach and i'm pretty picky about what I eat. I finally figured it out, And I think it's my lactose intolerance. Overall this was a great experience and good bang for the buck!
