I loved the variety of restaurants, bars and activities available on the resort. Walking outside and being directly on the beach was amazing.

Be prepared. This property can be fine but they definitely need to streamline several things. Be prepared to wait Atleast an hour to check in. I waited about an hour a half with only five families checking in before me in line. While I waited I was not once offered water or anything and it is hot in the lobby. We were then checked into a dirty room. The staff did move us to another room but honestly after waiting that long to check in that is the last thing I want to happen. On top of the dirty room apparently if your not in line to make dinner reservations at 4 pm you have to eat at the buffets. We were in line almost two hours someone could have and should have mentioned that. A person from our party would have gone to do just that. They did say you could start making reservations at 4 pm when I checked in but again by that point it was past four and I'd been in line for almost two hours. Now I did my research on this hotel part of the reason I booked was that they offered free in hotel covid testing. Again what was not mentioned at check in is that the lab is closed Sunday's and closes at 4 pm everyday. Needless to say you need to wait on yet another long hours plus line to even make an appointment for the covid test. While this lab runs out of oasis it is not their test site. So while this is not oasis's fault it would be nice to Atleast post the hours in the lobby. This way we can be be prepared from check in.

Although overall we enjoyed our stay my son and my cousin became sick during our visit. On Saturday my son suffered from some type of stomach virus after eating at the cafeteria and was limited/restricted on activities. We canceled our excursions on Sunday because he was resting and trying to recover. My cousin also suffered from a stomach virus but not as severe. This was our first visit to Cancun and my son's birthday weekend. Unfortunately, he was not able to fully enjoy his visit.
