Overall we enjoyed our stay at Grand Park Royal Cancun. The resort was very nice and central to shopping and downtown. Loved the jacuzzi suite and ocean front view! We had daily room service. Staff was pleasant. Our personal butler Rocio was amazing in facilitating our needs and requests. Liked the separate pool area for adults with swim up bar. Enjoyed the varied dining options. Would have been nice to have had more cabanas. Also have hammocks by adult pool and a hot tub (these amenities were on the children's side)

Resort had limited activities for children. Restaurants were booked. Room service was not working for our room and we paid the all-inclusive price. went to the front desk no one knew what to do. Not helpful

Firstly I want to say the staff was fantastic for the most part. A huge shout out to Fermin, Max, Ivan and Alicia who were incredible, kind, and wonderful people. They helped us every day in the buffet and pool or beach. The hotel is in a very windy area and the beachfront rooms deck door slammed all night long. On our last night we were able to switch rooms to a quieter area, but unfortunately they were doing construction in the room next to ours until midnight. The pool was so cold not a single person was on it our entire stay. The food was not very good except the eggs made by Fermin for breakfast. All beach and pool chairs (not nearly enough) we’re taken by 7am which was frustrating. The beach was beautiful despite all the seaweed. Overall I would give it 2-3 stars and would not stay there again.

Jacuzzis are cold and dont work. We requested medical service and they never came so had to call again. We were told all inclusive but not everything is inclusive. Room service is limited to one order per day then you get charged $15 not all inclusive. Upon arriving we were told there was no dresscode but still were not allowed in places to eat in a bathing suit. The place itself is beautiful but they need to fix the mis information given to customers.

This was our first trip to an all inclusive resort so we don't have anything to compare it to really. However, upon arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly. Getting checked in was the normal process. We were told before arrival the two other couples we were traveling with had rooms next to ours. This was not the case and we were all spread out, which was dissapointing. The property was well kept and clean and staff were attentive with cleaning up after people. The major complaint with the grounds is the jacuzzi doesn't work. My wife asked a couple different times about it and was told it isn't a jacuzzi/hot tub. The sign and advertisements literally say jacuzzi. The water was the same as the pool water and there were no working jets. Im not sure if maintenance was ever notified or if they just didn't care because it was not functioning as a jacuzzi for the duration of our stay. As far as the food, we had wonderful meals at all options except for the Mexican restaurant for dinner. The dinner service there was horrible along with the food. Which is disappointing considering that was our option to get Mexican food in Mexico. After dinner there our group ended up at the buffet because no one could really finish their meals. All of the other restaurants were delicious! Including the snack stops that had burgers, nachos and pizza. The Cafe Sole inside the lobby offered ice cream cones and some sandwiches along with coffee.
