I was not impressed with the service at all. Not just food choices limited but.when sumply ask for a bowl (for soup) i had to wait for abput a good 20 min until someone brought one. The snackbar had his own operating hours as well nut not like we got told and last but least staff was not welcoming and not fluent in English

There was no safe in our room, no table, no microwave and no fridge. Two beds and a dresser with broken drawers that didn’t open.

The staff was nice but would never stay in this hotel again. The food options were super limited for all inclusive. The view of the ocean was not the best. The staff was friendly though.

This hotel was a little smaller than we were anticipating, but didn't disappoint. The food was great, drinks were strong. You have an opportunity to make it all inclusive, which we recommend. With a little bit more moneys get you a lot more to experience. The rooms were big and clean. Beds comfy. And good size balcony. One thing I would recommend to the hotel is to provide a bedside light. Because of the size of the resort most rooms had ocean view. They have a nice beach area, but not the best for swimming. The resort is right by a sail boat dock. But don't stop yourself from exploring what's around as well. The other guests were mostly Spanish, which helped us stay emersed in the culture. Which we liked.

For the number of stars and the prize, we had a nice time. Mainly we spent the time at the beach on the space that they have on he lounge chairs under the umbrellas. We went only for breakfast once, and it was not bad, we enjoyed it. After reading all the bad reviews before going, we were a bit scared, but we had a good time!!
