The staff was rude. The food was inedible. Mold in the shower. The alcohol had a funny taste and made me nauseous with a headache. The beach was beautiful.

Some of the food and utensils in some areas in the sleeping areas are not collected. Hand rails are sticky. There should be toaster oven to reheat some kinds of bread. Salted butter is a must. French toasts need more milk and eggs.

Great property, with a beautiful scenic beach. Rooms were spacious and cozy. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurants were delicious. Our fav was the habachi grill. We’ll definitely be back!

Resort is only 15 miles from airport. We upgraded our room to ocean front which was spectacular listening to waves during our 8 night stay. Room was extremely clean & well appointed, bathroom has odd set up, but nice a big. Shower was large and had waterfall head. Beach is gorgeous! In my opinion Cancún hotel zone beach & ocean water is one of nicest in the world. Beach had tiki huts and lounge chairs ( or cabanas) for easy accessibility. You did have to “save” chairs in morning, but plenty at pool and later in the day of you sleep in. Food was good, not spectacular. However the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Gym was horrendous if you are someone who works out daily. Very limited space ( especially if there is indoor yoga class) and limited equipment. In general- I would recommend this resort.
