This resort is definitely worth the 5 star rating, especially if you upgrade to have Club 91 access! The food was delicious, the pools were relaxing, the view from my room is one of the best I've had in my life so far and all of the staff was so attentive and accommodating. 10/10

Given the quality of the resort and the staff, we were surprised at the fair prices. Highly recommend the "Club 91" all-inclusive package, but wait for the better price offered at check-in.

There were renovations which you could smell. The room was OK however the bathroom door was somewhat not functioning well.

Good hotel. Bad plumbing

We were put in a newly renovated room that was very nice except there was a plumbing problem causing a sewer smell in our room. They moved us to another older room but this room had a small leak by the toilet.

JW Marriott

Pros: Hotel's pool.
Cons: Do not accept guests during hotel construction.
I like this hotel and it's location. At the time I booked this hotel, I didn't aware that this hotel under construction. The construction noise started from 9am. Plus, no water or only hotel water when construction started in the morning. I have to left my room before construction noise started. I booked luxury suite with ocean view. However, the front desk gave the lowest floor, bare to see the ocean. Hotel employees were very friend, kind, and professional. I would like to book the same one if it is not under construction.

Nice hotel

Food is really expensive. Breakfast buffet $28. Coffee $6. Dinner is pricey. I would sugget to get all inclusive package.
