Front desk service agent on 10/09/21 at 3:00 pm was wonderful! Our flight got cancelled and had to make last minute overnight reservations. Was pleasantly surprised with this choice. Toilet flusher in Room 512 needs checked and bathroom faucet drips, but we were happy to have a clean comfortable bed.

This is a great hotel if you are using Midway Airport. No airport noise but only a 1/4 away. This is where we stay on all of our trips home to Chicago. All needs of travelers are met at a very high level.

Property was lovely. the food was absolutely excellent. Price for breakfast $12.95 each day too high. Swimming pool was too small and would have loved a Hot tub. Room was nice and clean.

Extremely pleasant surprise!

Pros: Friendly staff, great location, clean, comfy room and great value for the price.
Cons: A little improvement on the menu for the grill.
Location: Convenient for flying in and out of Midway! Easy access to downtown Chicago
I was flying in for funeral and wanted a good deal, safe location and half-way decent hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn was way more than half-way decent -- it was fabulous! The decor in the lobby and the room were terrific. It was clean, comfy and had everything I needed, including a fridge. My only complaint was that the grill was out of the soup I wanted, but it was 15 minutes until the grill closed, so I can forgive them that! All in all, I'd definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, perfect for the tired traveler

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Just in for the night, but this was a nice place to rest my tired bones. The room was clean and the bed was perfect. Can't ask for more than that.
