There was no valet/ garage parking available upon our check-in. Staff was indifferent about this inconvenience stating that the manager had informed all incoming guests that parking would not be available, but I received no call or email. Free street parking can be found within short walk of the property. Surrounding neighborhood is not super walkable, but area is safe, clean, well-lit. Our room was super clean with comfortable mattress & blackout window shade. We noted that while the occasional siren could be heard outdoors, we heard nothing from within the property. The hotel was sold out but we never heard any noise from above, below, or hallway outside room. DO NOT MISS THE VIEW FROM THE HOTEL RESTAURANT & BAR! Great rooftop lounge!

Room looked very nice, it was clean and comfy. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower. We went to Chicago for a concert and were very pleased with our hotel choice. 10/10 would stay here again.
