I guess about what I'd expect for the rate. Coffeemaker in the room didn't work and when we informed the desk clerk he said "Yeah...you don't have a filter." So being aware is not enough to replace or fix it? Otherwise, relatively clean, noisy outside and inside. Nothing can be done about footsteps upstairs or slamming doors. Not management's fault but noises apparently carry quite well in this building.
