Old not updated décor and furniture

Pros: The room was clean and the rate was good. The staff was friendly, but quite different from the upscale resort...not what I pictured to be associated
Cons: Update the entire place!
The map app sent us to the resort across the street. That looked beautiful and was very well-staffed and nicely appointed. They couldn't find our reservation, so when we checked, we saw we needed to go across the street to the Springhill Suites. When we walked in, the contrast was immediately evident, but it was late, the rate was good, the location was near the freeways, so up to the room. Old décor, worn out chair at desk, sofa bed couch that sagged, etc. I thought what the heck did I do? It looked nothing like the booking picture, and I thought my wife would want to check out.

Nice comfortable hotel with great breakfast!

Pros: The separated bathroom area, The breakfast. Comfort of hotel.
Cons: Pool skimmed and maintained more frequently during busy times. Wish queen double rooms were offered.
Nice clean quiet comfortable hotel with great warm big breakfast. Rooms very comfortable and well equipped and spacious. Love how the sink is outside of the bath/toilet area. Beds very comfy but wish they were queens doubles instead of traditional double beds. The pool was heavily used on Saturday by kids so didn't seem welcoming (clean enough) in the evening when we wanted to use it which was disappointing.

Comfortable

Our stay at the Springhill suites was great. They had a helpful and friendly staff, quiet place and very good continental brealfast. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.
