The person at reception told me my credit card had been denied and consequently I had no room. The lobby was chaotic (The police had been called for an unruly patron) I told the girl I’d drive home since I had no room. She then said I did have a room and that it was too late to cancel. Did I have a room or did I not have a room?!! Very disorganized!

Great location with cool and clean rooms. The check in process is bonkers and involved emails, texts, downloading an app, online forms, waiting for a room and code text that never arrived, leaving two voice messages because no one was available working before finally finding a maintenance person to assist me in getting a room key. They want to be “touchless”, but it is not a good experience.

The property shares a building with a club. When we arrived back after a concert at 12:30 am. The reception desk could not tell us when the adjoining club would be closing. We could hear the the music in our room as if we were there. There was a man passed out in the hallway when we returned to our rooms also. Picked up our stuff and left. Did not even stay the night. Super disappointing.

Booking thru Travelocity who screwed up the reservation- wrong room type and didn't give me the correct reservation number to get my hotel and room key via the hotels automated system. There needs to be ALERTS that this is a "self-serve" hotel. And the 4 drinks promised weren't in the room. Very expensive for value delivered

Hi David, sorry about the issues you had with your travel agency, we try to do our best to provide the best costumer services and provide guest needs,To keep our staff and guests safe, we have implemented limited contact policies at our property. Staff is on-site daily to assist with guests requests and needs, however Front Desk is remote and able to be reached via phone, text message or email.
