Check in was good but we ended up having to switch rooms 3 times due to the room being dirty! We stayed one night before we found more disgusting areas in our room which I have the pictures still! And now we are waiting refund.

The check in staff was very rude and was dressed unprofessionally. I felt like I was a bother. The room itself did not have a top latch to lock the door and the door was flimsy. We were moved but again, were looked as if we were a bother. It really set the tone for the stay.

My blanket had burn holes in it on both sides; Strands of hair was also on the blanket and well as the sheet. Overall cleanliness of the room definitely could’ve been better, The smell as well.
