I was really tired so the first thing was going to sleep after checking in, but first thing in the morning Trying to take a shower tub was clogged, Toilet seat was input and moving all over the place, Bathroom door squeeking really load, and worst all there was no smoke detector I really feel that was my worst experience ever with Quality Inn. I have pictures to show if they are needed. If you want to call me or email me before publishing this I'm ok with that too. Thanks

The only reason I stayed here is because my relatives live in Cahokia The night clerk was rude and unhelpful I could not get a breakfast sandwich in the AM because I did not fill out a voucher the night before; this same desk clerk checked me in and never said anything about breakfast offerings; she made a big deal about this voucher and I had to come back in the afternoon to get one; ridiculous; she was rude in making me add another guest to my room. HE WAS MY DRIVER BRINING IN MY BAG. Ridiculous. She was there when I checked out and was ridiculous about letting my driver BACK IN TO GET MY BAG. I will never stay here again. WORST HOTEL EVER

The hotel was fine Travelocity sucked , they double charge me and don’t want to give me my money back, so I’m done using you guys and all my family and friends are not going to use it anymore

Could be better.

CHECK IN WAS OK. Halls of hotel had an odor, but not in room. Bathroom had not been cleaned short hair all over the floor and tub like some one had a hair cut. Ants, staff was informed.

Clean area and Walmart next door. Easy access to get to areas in downtown St Louis.

Very Affordable and Close to the City

Pros: The breakfast was wonderful. Clean rooms. Adequately fast WiFi.
Cons: I'd prefer if the hotel staff had cleaned the room prior to 3:00pm. We were already settling in for the evening by the time someone arrived.
A friend and I visited for a weekend in October. The hotel was a short jump from downtown St. Louis and had the most reasonable rates for the area. We weren't sure what to expect when we first arrived due to reviews mentioning ongoing renovations and being located in a rough neighborhood. We were delightfully surprised to find a pleasant hotel with modern amenities in a quiet suburb. Definitely the best money I've spent in a long time. If we ever visit St. Louis again, we'll be staying here.

Clean & comfortable

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
The staff here was friendly and very helpful in making local recommendations. The room was comfortable and had a nice layout. My family enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool and were all able to relax.
