"Loved the hotel and the concept. It was pretty confusing to get around the place though! For sure could use a map for guests! They gave us complimentary drink tokens but they were not very clear on what and when we could get those. Had a great time but would love to see some options for meals in the hotel during the day. We weren’t able to find the breakfast options the next morning so ended up near by at a restaurant. "

"We loved our stay! No attention to detail was spared. It is a beautiful hotel! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a cocktail in the restaurant and we also had a nice time at the draftsman. The hotel is very warm and cozy. We loved the picnic basket breakfast and the in room coffee. Would highly recommend to anyone! We would come back just to stay there again! "

"Flat Iron exceeded in friendly, competent staff! Staff was sincere, helpful and pleasant. Property was unique, rooms were pristine and comfortable. The upstairs balconies and sitting areas were fun morning and afternoon and evening. Great views of Asheville. The Speak Easy was quaint, quiet and a great hidden gem for anyone traveling to the area. Great location! Great hotel!"

"This was a family vacation to Ashville and the Biltmore Estate. We were extremely pleased with the Kimpton Hotel in every area. This a beautiful hotel, with excellent staff. Rooms are very nice, beds comfortable and the bath was large and roomy. Several added pluses with appetizers and water/wine in the evenings. I did not know the parking was valet and an extra cost, but parking is so limited in that area, so it worked out fine. The valet service personal was very friendly, and they will bring your car as often as you may need in a day. We did not experience the restaurant, but I'm sure it was as nice as the rest of the hotel. You are able to order food for your room. Very convenient to shops and eateries within walking distance. Overall, we were so pleased with our choice of stay. "
