When we arrived we noticed that our room did not have the cleanliness/sanitized sticker on the door that other rooms previously had. The room smelled musty or mildewed. The dishes were all in the dishwasher instead of being put on the shelf. The room next door was extremely loud & kept us awake. They could really use new pillows. Our TV was not working at first however they did fix it quickly. The breakfast was great & coffee & service from staff was great.

I had to haggle with the hotel staff to early check in after driving from Arlington, Texas to Memphis, Tennessee. Had no TV service during my 2-night stay. Housekeeping did not replenish clean towels after cleaning the room! The purpose of my stay was to attend my mother's funeral. Due to my circumstance, I was too exhausted mentally and physically to voice my experience at the time of my stay. I will never stay at this facility nor should this particular hotel be recommended!
