Hotel made fraudulent charge against card. When I first called to address the situation I was told management would get back in touch with me. Waited 3 days and heard nothing back. Next time I called I did speak to a manager, but she was very rude and hostile. When I asked her about the charge she told me it was for a smoking fee ( I don’t smoke). I then asked could I get proof as to the justification of the charge and why had the hotel not taken the $250 fee that’s stated in contract I signed if I truly smoked in the room. Her response was “We don’t have to prove anything and be glad we only charged you the $50 fee”! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There are much better hotels in area which to stay at

I would stay here again. It was convenient for where and what I needed to do. The bathroom/shower was a little outdated and the shower would stop up a little. I did ask housekeeping to come touch up our bathroom on day 3 of our trip and it was no problem.
