Historic Charming New Orleans Home in Historic Neighborhood! Living is easy when you can walk to the parade routes, take the street car to the French Quarter, or walk to Costco! This Century Old home was completely Updated in the Summer of 2020 by Jane's Sweetheart and has great energy! Live like Royalty in the Gold! Enjoy the Natural Lighting and endlessly tall ceilings! Restored hardwood - you will notice that this home was built and designed with a lot of love!

**The Washer and Dryer are in a communal laundry room and located outside of the unit.

Property is a restored historic Triplex near city park. May see wildlife that are native to New Orleans.

Property is Historic building that has been restored and updated. the propety has monthly pest control. Although unlikely, may see wildlife. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent wildlife from accessing property.

Overnight stay
We weren't at the location long, we enjoyed our stay. However, we were woken up a few times from 230am throughout early am hours by a crowing rooster next door. Overall, it was a nice place to stay the night (:

Better than I could have hoped
This property was INCREDIBLE - clean, spacious, bright, and with SO MUCH New Orleans flavor.. As a longer-term visitor, it was so great having somewhere that felt like home to come back to after a long day. The manager was super attentive to the few hiccups that occurred, and was always super easy to work with. I am anticipating some future visits to NOLA and am going to do everything in my power to get back into this property!

Great Stay
My husband and I had a great week long stay here while working remotely and exploring the city. The home was comfortable, though it had more of a studio feel than a true one bedroom. The bed was very comfortable! While the space was a bit tight for us to both be working, the wifi was strong and we made it work. Location was walking distance from several restaurants and coffee shops, and close to City Park. It was an easy 10-15 minute uber or car ride to the major neighborhoods (French Quarter, Magazine Street, etc), but it was nice to have a different spot to return home to. The trolly was walking distance too, which was a nice way to get downtown. The street was a busy one, but it quieted down at night and we didn't have any noise issues. The neighbors were super friendly and we felt safe in the area the whole time. Scott was extremely communicative and friendly!

Really enjoyed our stay. Was a bit concerned with street traffic and area during the weekdays, but soon felt very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by.

Don't waste your money
Property is in need of lawn maintenance, cleaning crew is not professional. There were no wash cloths provided, the rug in the bedroom had dirty stains, , ther was used bottles of soap in the bathroom to use, you had to go down a narrow stairs to use the washer and dryer and no light bulbs in the washroom, , the coffe table had three even legs and one uneven leg. There was a microwave above the stove that didn't work at all, there was a tenant in the rear of the property that was arguing outside, there were chickens running around the neighborhood and roosting in the oak trees and for as our security all of the other apartment front doors had curtains for privacy mine did not . I had to go buy face towels to bathe with, and toilet tissue and paper towels. The trash in the yard was everywhere and the trash cans weee overfilled.

Perfect MidCity location!
The property was very comfortable and clean. There is street parking on the busy street but is quiet at night. The property is gated which provides an additional feeling of safety. The property had ample amenities and the ac/heater worked wonderfully! I sensed an energy about this place and was comfortable. We’d stay here again. Perfect centralized location to City Park and the French Quarter. Very easy check in/out. Rebecca and Eric
