What a horrible property. It was a nightmare from hell. On thursdy night the alarm went off for no reason and stayed on for a long time. Then the power went out for 12 hours. They have no generator, No interior emergency lighting,No hot water. How about a cold shower. No TV for 3 days. No breakfast on thursdy. and now the printor won't work to print my boarding pass. Dated May 17,24.

Staff were polite and accommodating. They had rooms prepared so they allowed us to check in early. Coming in from a cruise this was nothing short of wonderful. We were able to access our rooms so we could relax for the day.

The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful! Joann was outstanding at the front desk! She was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She helped coordinate our dining, activities and ground transportation. She should be commended for her service.
