Comfortable and clean, in a neighborhood with many nice restaurants and cafes. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable of any on our week long trip around Louisiana. My only suggestion is some extra hooks to hang toiletries bags or other items in the bathroom area would be helpful. The parking was easy and the staff was friendly.

Great staff. Parking was so convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. There is an event venue attached to the property. It did not bother us at all, but if you don’t plan on staying out late this evening during the weekend this just might not be the best fit. We had room near the elevator and that may have affected the noise level.

We asked for the sheets to changed in the morning since they smelled. It never happened. The next day we were asked if we still wanted them changed. Never happened our whole stay. We emptied our own trash daily since it never happened. We asked about more soap shampoo ect. Never filled. The room was nice. A microwave in the room for the price would have made sense. The location was great

Great place in garden district
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, great location! Good restaurants and bars within a few block, and the streetcar station is directly in front of the hotel. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
