It was great that it was close to airport. Check in took a long time. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. Only 1 pillow each and it was flat.

We had called the front desk to report something going on in the room on the floor above us....sounded like construction seriously...but it was late in evening into the night. Was told they would check on it....but it never stopped. Did not really like that there was no carpet in the rooms...floors did not seem as clean as I would have liked.

As soon as you walked into the Hotel it reeked of cigarettes. As I made my way to the room the hallway smelled of trash and just foul smells. The room I checked into was a non-smoking room, I guess that meant while I was staying in it that it was considered a non-smoking room, because it also reeked of cigarettes. My wife request extra pillows and the front desk politely said they would bring them up in 10 minutes, but the extra pillows never arrived. I am glad I only needed a place to lay my head for one night or I would of turned around and found another place.

Nice hotel

Nice place to stay. You can tell the place had not been open long as there were a few little glitches. Being a kitchenette we would have expected a pan and some plates but the room didn't have any. We didn't go ask staff as we decided to just enjoy the Cajun foods. Staff was helpful when we asked for things.
