You can't really do anything about the people and the area. You are close to everything you need so, nothing to say about that. The no-smoking room still smell like someone was a smoker.

Upon arriving, I had to wait to check in for 15 minutes. There were two people behind the counter, but clearly only one was willing to help people. Customer satisfaction? No. Very limited English. Dirty sheets. I called to the front desk after travelling 6 hours and asked for 2 sets of fresh sheets and got one set. EVERY ROOM IS SMOKING. Read carefully. The entire place reaks. I will not be going back.
