The hotel is fabulous, however it could use a little more cleaning in the bathrooms. Unfortunately I found Niagara Falls,NY a very sad and lonely place. It is a shame because the falls are so beautiful! Now the Canadian side is something else !

The concierge's were very helpful - especially Dave. The rooftop terrace was very enjoyable. Great view of the area. The hotel was quiet and very clean.

Room was clean and up to date..however there was no dishes or utensials in the kitchenette and who packs those things.

Hotel is in great location, in walking distance to the Niagara park. Hotel looks new, modern, clean. We enjoyed the pool!

I loved the view from our window and the rooftop of the Canadian skyline. It was also such a close walk to Niagara Falls State Park and around the corner were the food trucks and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was a great surprise. I did not like the parking garage: strong smell of urine in elevator and stairwell. This was a safety concern for the evenings and caused us to change plans in going out as to not have to be in that garage after dark. This really needs to be addressed.
