Clean, convenient location and staff was friendly. Can’t believe it was so difficult to add a second night. I called about a week ago to do that. I have to check out of the room and check back in. That means interrupting my visit to come back to the hotel.

Bathroom door wouldn't open because it hit against the stool. Coffee pot was chipped. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Great deal and value I'd totally recommend

Pros: Clean, up to date hotel and room. Staff very nice. Great value that included a decent breakfast
Cons: The only thing really that we didn't care for was the eggs for the breakfast - almost a gritty texture. But the waffles and coffee were great
Location: Location easy to get to for us with lots of places to eat and shop while we were there for hockey
I was motivated enough to fill out the review because we had a great stay here. Fantastic value for a very clean, modern hotel and room. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Location was great to get to several different locations. You can fall into a trap of assuming your hotel stay will match what you pay for...we were greatly surprised and would come back to this very same location next time.
