Great place to host a group
Drew gave us a great experience here. He was extremely communicative, and we appreciated his flexibility on check-in and checkout times. Our group enjoyed hanging around the spacious common area and found the beds and bedrooms to be very comfortable. The highway and train noise is audible from some rooms, especially at night, but the provided noise machines were a huge bonus.

The property was exactly what was listed on the site. The only frustrating thing was parking but that has nothing to do with the property just a Philly issue. Overall the accommodations were excellent.

Perfect Stay for our weekend!
Super clean and modern property in the vibrant Nothern Liberties neighborhood! We were within minutes to plenty of great bars, restaurants and the Piazza as well as only a 10 minute walk to Fishtown. The street is quiet and safe with the exception of the train nearby but that was completely easy to deal with. The house was very well equipped with comfortable beds, linens and blankets. Very cool roofdeck with a great view of the Philly skyline. We would happily stay again!
