The property was very tropical. I was very impressed with the interior of the condo. It was very spacious for my large family and very well decorated. When arriving in the middle of the night (almost 1am), the courtyard was very dark. I saw many accent lights in the courtyard, so I’m not sure if there was an electrical issue at the time or if they go “dark” at a certain time. During our stay, we did see the pool lights and accent lights lit up though, which made the courtyard look very nice. The only thing I didn’t like, was the parking. I do realize real estate is limited there, but parking was very tight. I would estimate there are about 8 - 10 parking spots under ground. At any given time durning my stay, there were only half the spaces being used, so it worked out. If all spaces were full, I think it would be extremely difficult to get out of the spaces, with the limited distance to the wall across from the parking spaces and having little to no room to turn the vehicle. Also, there is only one door to enter and exit, with a narrow driveway, so my biggest concern was someone entering while I was exiting or vice versa. This never happened though. I also was concerned that if I pulled in and all spots were taken, I’d have to back the van up the narrow, curved drive path. This also never happened.

We have read your comments ver carefully since this always helps us to become better at our service. Certainly the garage parking is small at Maya Villa, since it has only 17 units. As per space we usually don't recommend to enter a Van, since we know how difficult this could be, but we made an exception so you don't need to pay for an external parking. Your are more than welcome any time at our place.
