I wish we had a better experience. From the beginning, the front line staff was less than pleasant. Our flight arrived much earlier than check in, which we knew, but we were told to still use the outside facilities and they would check on our room availability. Yet there was zero consideration for our long over night travels when we explained how tired we were and were willing to pay extra to get a room faster. We were just told to check in with the front periodically to see if our room was ready, leading to us making multiple stops are the front desk just to be turned away. It wasn’t until we had it that they then made arrangements for a room to be cleaned for us to then occupy. We signed all the documents in a rush and given our activated keys. Once in the room, it took them 4 hours to get us a tv remote because our room didn't have one. The AC vent had constant condensation despite all doors and windows being kept shut. One of their facilities men came and only scolded us to keep the door shut. Yet the condensation persisted leading to our floor constantly being wet and us risking falling on the wet floor. Checking out was a mess because we were never told to keep our bracelets on until check out or else we would have to pay $100 per bracelet. We then rushed back to the room to get the bracelets to pay an extra fee.

Staff were great my only complaint is my room door that hard a gap at the top room number 554 which would not allow the room to cool down also the wifi went out about 5pm on 5/9/24 and was still out when i left 5/10/24 so I couldn’t relax and watch tv me last few hours there

The host invited us to go see the other hotel just to try to sell us what they call club membership which in reality is a timeshare Waste of our time. She never told us that it was for that purpose The pool in my opinion was not the best
