I thought we were in a good area. My car was stolen off the parking lot at 6:30 in the morning. The staff apologized. The police advise me that they had been several car break in the day before. Be careful with your vehicle.

I liked the location of the property and all of the different dining options around it. I saw shops as well but was really looking at the food offerings most.

I love the cookies I love the area I love the staff this is just a great property all around I cannot wait to stay there again everytime I'm in Memphis visiting.

My stay was great and quite love it the only thing is I requested extra towels when I made the reservation but they weren’t in the room and there was no hand soap other wise my stay was good

The website informs you of having a microwave in the rooms, but was informed they were only on certain floors.(not including the 8th floor). It also says there is a hot tub but there was not one. Breakfast was suppose to be included but was told we had to pay. Room wasnt all the way clean. The floor was dirty with hair & some type of paper behind the bed. The floor we were on also smelled like mold. Other wise all else was good.
