Mi estadía fue de una noche. Llegar al hotel fue una aventura , tuve que transitar contra el tránsito. Luego no contaban con espacio para que los huéspedes estacionaran, asi que tenia que dejar la llave en el vestíbulo. El patio interior es utilizado para fumadores y en el 3er piso donde me ubicaron el olor a cigarro era intenso.El ascensor estaba fuera de servicio. La habitación simplemente demasiado simple para lo que pagué alrededor de $140.00. De sus empleados el Sr. que trabaja en el estacionamiento al igual que Miguel personas muy respetuosas y comprometidas con el huésped. Simplemente resolvieron el problema de no estar en la calle porque el Carnaval de Ponce tenia a los demas hoteles llenos.

This is an historical, beautiful building that can make the experience better with a very few details. We had no covers on our bed, just a thin flat sheet, not enough towels, and details like that that can be easily fixed. Lovely place!

Very outdated facility. Issues with the hot water, broken elevator, stained room carpets, no room phone, no iron machine, uncomfortable matress. The only thing excelling is that employees are very nice and customer services is good anytime.
