The Hotel says is pet friendly. They charge for the pet stay and a cleaning fee additional. At the checkout they charge me $500 because they said that the carpet and mattress were damaged but they didn’t let me go to the room to see the damages. We tried to argue the damages but they said that the room is lock for cleaning purposes by another company. When we check in the carpet and sofa had stains and the room had a weed smell.

The hotel is enormous. The room was large and comfortable. The beds soft and clean. The bathroom was a disaster. The shower water had no containment and would spill all over the floor in a constant puddle. We had to call for toilet paper 3 times. They would forget to refill it. Room service was 24/7 but the food would come in a take out bag in plastic containers and there was no tape to dine in the room. For the over expensive price we paid we would expect much much better.

The location of Sheraton is fantastic and the staff exceeded expectations. The one downside was the noise from the renovation it was very disruptive between daily hours of 7am and 1 pm. Our stay was for 7 days and we were awaken several mornings to loud noise. Otherwise, we had a 4 Star experience and would consider staying again. Proximity to District T-Mobile and the beach is fantastic!

I liked the hotel - I think it’s crazy u charge patrons that are guests of hotel for parking daily and meals and drinks too small portion for the price especially the outside are cocktails $18 for a drink in plastic cup lots of ice - disappointing .

The location was great. Clean, the enviroment was inciting. Plenty places to eat at very close by. The resorts bar(s) were very nice and the bar tenders were friendly and helpful.

Amazing Stay at Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino! Our family spent three wonderful days at the Sheraton Convention Center, and it was an unforgettable experience! The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, with stunning city views. The infinity pool was a perfect spot to relax, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. We loved dining at Metropol, enjoying authentic Puerto Rican flavors, and the casino added extra fun to our stay. The location was perfect, just minutes from Old San Juan and top attractions. If you’re looking for comfort, luxury, and top-notch service, this is the place to stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

Wonderful property with lots of activities and restaurants, cafes on site. Amazing in-room 24-hr dining service. The coffee shop is also open until 12am, which was really nice. Clean rooms. We could watch the New Year Fireworks from the pool deck. Complimentary shuttle to Old San Juan.
