Lived the property! Very pretty very well kept. Beach part is small but lots of pools. Be prepared for many children it seems to be very popular with families but that was to be expected. The only downside is that the on site restaurants seem to book out fast was a bit challenging if you don’t plan ahead

My teenage son and I spent four nights at the resort. The room was nice and spacious but the service or lack thereof was completely disappointing for the price point. We dined onsite all four nights and found the caliber of the food to be very low (but portions very large). They have a steak house and an Asian restaurant but nothing that has any local flavour. Front desk support was terrible throughout our stay. It is a large resort but does not have enough staff onsite to keep up the property or service the guests. Seems to cater to large groups that have private events. I would give it a miss if staying on a personal holiday.

Night Shift front desk rudeness!

Everything went very well except for the night shift front desk male worker who was an absolute rude poorly trained for customer service individual! His demeanor if working in my company he would be FIRED! He’s clueless regarding “customer service”.

This is a top-notch resort. Staff was attentive, rooms were comfortable and property was well manicured. It’s a beautiful beach and a very nice place to stay. What I didn’t like were the hidden costs. There were so many taxes added to each and every day that it was about another $100 a day. Plus, the additional cost of self parking is ridiculous! The price that is advertised is just the tip of the iceberg. If you want a spa, golf course, tennis and pickle ball courts, a great pool and beach where you want to relax and hang out at the resort all day, everyday, it’s great. We were hardly here, so it was kind of a waste of money for us.

This resort was absolutely beautiful and we had a great time. We loved the pool and the beach and the staff was very helpful and we would stay there again. In regard to the dining options, we were unable to get into any of the restaurants except for the sports bar. Not sure if that's because it was a holiday week but there were zero openings at any of the restaurants for the entire week so I would suggest to plan ahead and check on getting reservations before you arrive if you want to dine at some of restaurants on site. That said, the food and drinks are on the pricier side; plan on about $20/drink once you add in the taxes, gratuities and resort fees.

The property is beautiful and clean. The service at the restaurants is very slow and overly expensive. Tennis courts are marginal, people leave trash on the courts. I would not return to Puerto Rico; too many abandoned buildings, trash and things not as advertised.
