Awesome vacation. Staff was courteous. Hotel was updated and bery clean. Wide variety of food and delicious. Entertainment staff did a great job around pool and keeping guests happy and doing group games. They also did wonderful job in the evenings with dancing. Stephany went above and beyond to make people feel comfortable and enjoy all the activities. Everything was close and was great for kids and adults.Would recommend to all .

Overall, the resort is aesthetically good. The rooms are nice and the view is great (we had a premium room on the family side with an ocean view) The entertainment is great. Wilson and Stefanie went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. The rest of the staff were not overly friendly and were, at times, rude. It's staff like Wilson and Stefanie that make the stay memorable. The most disappointing thing about this resort is the food. It's not good and I am not a foodie! I'm the least pickiest food person on the planet and it made me sick. Good luck getting a reservation. All in all, nice resort with a great view and ocean, great entertainment (thank you Wilson and Stefanie), and the food and customer service from the rest of the staff leaves a lot to be desired.

The food is horrible it’s a 0/10 not even the drink cannot drink all water down. I regret staying at this resort also outside areas have a foul smell I can’t wait for my vacation in this case nightmare to end

I recently booked a stay at this resort but for medical reasons I was unable to travel. When Expedia called to explain it to the resort they did not care and refuse to refund or to change the dates. I then called the resort a couple of times since they wouldn’t answer or they would hang up on me. I explain the situation and a rude lady told me she could not help me at all. Don’t they understand that emergencies happen? I was extremely sick but they did not care. Now I lost so much money on this trip. I will never book with them again. The lady was so rude I wish I had taken her name down.

The property was very nice - rooms, pool, lobby, common areas were all well maintained. Staff wasn't the friendliest, except for a few of the bartenders who enjoyed talking with the guests. The pool was cold (although easy to get used to and comfortable when the sun was out)and jacuzzi was the same temp as the pool and should've been heated. The beach was nice, although full of seaweed which made going into the ocean unappealing. I heard a lot of guests complaining about that. Safety does not seem to be a priority here. Someone knocked on my door at 1:15am my first night and before I could even get to the door to see who it was, a hotel employee was walking into my room. I slammed the door on him, asked what he wanted and he just walked away. After reading Google reviews, this does not surprise me, as there are many other complaints of safety concerns and theft. I called the front desk to report it and they brushed it off as the employee just having the wrong room. There is no chain on the door like most hotels, only a lock which does not prevent anyone from walking in as long as they have a key card. Ironically though, the sliding door to my patio (first floor) had a chain but no actual lock, so you could easily open the door from the outside and stick your hand through to remove the chain. Lastly, the food was horrible. I ate at the buffet most days and the food was just bad. They have themed restaurants (steak, sushi, Italian, Mediterranean) but those were just as bad.

Concierge was very helpful in booking my golfing. Restaurant booking was a real issue. You need to inform guests to book reservations BEFORE they arrive.
