The first room had dangerous water leakage on the floor, hair in the bathtub, and insufficient supplies for the 4 registered guests. We requested another room. The bathroom light in the second room did not work. We saw a roach crawl across the room. The onsite paid parking was not automated and was difficult to enter and exit. Each time we travelled, we had to exit the vehicle to request the security arm be raised to allow us access.

The room was dirty and there was no hot water the shower was broken it was even a real shower the wash machine just shut off so I had to take my wet clothes out and beg to wash it for me I have pictures I want my money if I wanted to like messed up I would’ve stayed in the projects in nyc

The Staff never cleaned my room. The $50 Deposit they charge was never returned to me. When you call the front desk they always put you on Hold for more than 20mins. I will never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. This has to be one of the worst hotels in Puerto Rico.

When I checked in, the girl at the front desk said "I'm sorry, they are fumigating your room?" She walked away and then came back, and said it was ready. The elevator was tiny, barely fit me and my 2 suitcases. When I opened my room, it smelled like cigarette smoke, there were dirty sheets on a small desk, and the mattress was covered in plastic. The bathroom was barely big enough for me. I couldn't open any windows for fresh air. There was a small tiny fridge, but no microwave. Only 2 or 3 amenities (shampoo and soap). There was no lock on the door, only a half-dead-bolt mechanism, which I was afraid someone would walk in on me. The pillows were flat, and only a think blanket on the bed after I returned from a walk on the beach. I felt like I was staying in a hostel. It was dirty, and small, and not modernized at all. It was way overpriced for the $130 I paid to just sleep there and take a shower,

There were no towels or wash cloths in the room Tge front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

Only one employee for check in had to wait a long line for over 40 minutes. Had to ask for towels there were not enough in the room for 4 adults and the bathroom light did not work. We ended up switching a light bulb ourselves from the lamp in the night stand to the bathroom. We had reported the situation early evening however no one came to fix it.
