PLEASE DONT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL NIGHT’S REST. THE ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL (NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES). THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN SO YOU HEAR EVERY SINGLE THING ESPECIALLY THE SLAMMING OF THE DOORS TO OTHER ROOMS AND PEOPLE TALKING LOUDLY. MY ROOM WAS ON THE THIRD FLOOR (Top floor) AND THERE WAS NOISE OVER OUR HEADS. THE BATHROOM WASNT AS CLEAN AS SHOULD BE EXPECTED. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED! THESE REVIEWS HAVE TO BE PAID FOR BECAUSE THIS PLACE WASNT A GOOD HOTEL. THERE WAS ALSO A BABY CRYING IN THE ROOM NEXT TO OURS AND THE SPANISH SPEAKING COUPLE WERE SO LOUD ALL NIGHT THAT I HAD TO TURN THE TV ALL THE WAY UP IN MY TOOM TO DROWN OUT THEIR VOICES. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTA IF YOU CAN. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN THE HOOD WITH ALL THAT NOISE!!

Room I booked was not room i was given. Because they had numerous events going on, we checked in after 9 and were given a room with 2 double beds even though i booked for a single king or queen bed. Travelocity made no attempt to rectify this or move us to another nearby hotel on my fiances birthday. Beds were so small we could not both fit comfortably on them. What a horrible experience. Never again and absolutely done with travelocity. They are not about customer happiness, just about the money
