The hotel was nice. Dark in color because they use dark wood. The decor does feel heavy and out dated. House keeping was wonderful. Pillows are awful. The rooms are fine, nothing fancy. The grounds were amazing and very tuned up. If you want a beverage at the bars be ready to stand in line. The food is average. Just normal all inclusive food. Large amounts with little flavor.

Service was infrequent and slow at dining and pool. Poor Italian food. The front desk people erred in checking us in and we had to personally resolve the issue with no help from them. They were very rude and refused to talk with Expedia.

The resort is very nice and the staff is great. It was our first time staying at an all-inclusive resort. Great pools, beach, bartenders, facilties, etc. My problem was with the food. Mediocre at best. Even the resturants, were just very basic cheap prepared type food. Best thing was the cooked burgers at the grill by the bar. Speaking of bars, bartenders were awesome, but no beach bar and be prepared to stand in line for a drink. Location, the beach is beautiful. Take your binoculars for whales in the morning from your balcony. Taxi's are not cheap here. There are no shuttles to and from to airport or other popular destinations. Would I stay here again? Probably not

This was the most amazing vacation my husband and I have had yet! They have constant activities and events. The food is by far the best AND they give you a shot bar in your room!! Did I mention the rooms have a balcony?! If you’re thinking about booking, you will not be disappointed

Nice area of Neuvo Vallarta About 20 minutes from airport, 30 minutes from downtown, and 45 minutes from south end of city. All inclusive food was fairly decent. We had very good service at bars and restaurants.
