Helpful front desk. Room was not clean, there was hair and dirt on the sheets. No frills, glad we were only there to sleep, it wouldn’t have been comfortable to stay for any length of time.

Staff was quite helpful. We didn’t see the midnight last check in notice, but staff showed up immediately. Our taxi driver was good to make sure we were in then the staff person ended up being his lost friend. They reconnected. Would have been nice to have some breakfast. Not a huge negative.

The staff very friendly and helpful. The place very clean. The property around the area is clean, but the sidewalks were poor to walk in some areas. Very close to the airport and San Juan.
