Didn't have the accessible room that I reserved. No roll in shower or grab rails that I booked. The front desk was not concerned.

Good location to historic area, clean rooms and amenities, breakfast was wonderful; using a third party is a problem when their are things to do differently with your stay like check in early. There were 2 rooms that were loud and slamming doors from 10 pm - 5 am. I was told to go figure out which rooms on the hall for it to be addressed - I was in the bed so I did not do this since I think someone that works there should follow through when a guest has an issue. When checking out, valet could not start our vehicle. We have not had any issues so we had to be jumped. Guessing lights left on or door ajar - had battery tested when we left hotel and it checked out fine - no issues with vehicle since... The hotel manager tried to smooth things over at check out. Very nice morning associates and trying to make things better.
