Short drive from downtown and university. No amenities nearby. Severely deferred maintenance!

Awful. More like the setting of a horror movie than a hotel you'd stay in. I was out of there in less thank 2 hours. Disgusting. Filthy. So bad I had to take photos.

This is a gross unclean Red Roof!! Pool is GREEN and unusable - plants/pots around pool are dead weeds - so this pool has been neglected for a long time! Manager tried to put us in TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS TGAT WERE ALREADY OCCUPIED!! Finally got an empty room - ceiling had poorly patched water stains - medium clean room!

There was trash all over the parking lot. Condom wrappers, drink bottles it should have been a sign. Check in was slow a guest in front of us came back to the desk and said there was not a bed in his room! The cable TV in out room did not work. We had to wait on the owner to come back to fix it, which took several hours. We would not stay here again!

The hotel was hard to find, no well lit entrance. We asked for a room with 2 double beds, they gave us a king bed. The sheets were stained, the heater didn’t work and the remote was missing it’s back cover, making it hard to use. Shower area not well lighted. Not worth the money I paid.

very bad

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: everything
Location: their only one little store NOTHING near by
i had to switch rooms 3 times. first room was smoking. when i said NON SMOKING. and the fire alarm was hanging out of the ceiling. carpet had stains and smelled bad. someone already used the room. cause they took a dump in toilet and did not flush. second room. wifi did not work. and the room phone had no cord to even make a call. and carpet and bed sheets was nasty. 3rd room tv did not work right. carpet was nasty and smelled like mold. the guy at desk was always asking me where i was going. what was i doing. why was i going outside a lot. ... i give this hotel a 0 star. i end up leaving not getting my money back or anything

Quality Inn disappointment

Reserved three rooms for family members, for two nights while in the High Point area. Was very surprised at the uncleanliness of the rooms and hallway. Found four stink bugs and a area of cob webs in the window frame on the inside of the window. Carpet wasn't vacuumed and was overall filthy. Stains galore. Table in one room has legs that were loose and falling off. Stopper in sink did not work, parts were laying on the floor. Black specks on edge of tub. Coffee trays with old coffee, which was still wet, under the bags and cups. Furniture with trim broken and split off. Couch too dirty to use for anything but a luggage stand. Edges of hallway were filled with clumps of dust. Entire building had a foul odor. Needless we will not be staying at any Quality Inns in the future. Total disappointment.

Just a so so hotel... amenities were misleading.

Was not clear about pool being closed until memorial day...not mentioned in any of the ads,paperwork or on the phone...cable on TV was not hooked up right and had to be messed with for 30 minutes when we first arrived. Said free newspapers each morning...it was a local merchant advertisement not a regular newspaper...pictures of so called breakfast buffet did not match what was offered each morning. Very disappointing.

Nice hotel near interstate.

Pros: The price and the convenience. It was also comfortable.
Cons: The leaking faucet, the second day the dirty wash clothes were taken, but not replaced in the bathroom. We were left without any.
Location: We visited friends
The Hotel was friendly and comfortable. The bed was soft. The shower was nice, but the water didn't get really hot. The faucet on the sink leaked and got the counter wet around it. The Sofa was a very nice plus because it was somewhere else to sit besides the bed. The internet was tricky, but worked well once we got on. I appreciate the extra of breakfast, though I wish they had more fruit. The staff was nice. I would go back, especially at the price we paid.

Nice, clean, friendly.

Pros: Staff was super-nice; great location.
Cons: The pool was closed for cleaning when we arrived, but staff was very apologetic and even opened it early for us the next morning!
Location: Very convenient to both the highway and the nearby town.
Very inexpensive hotel, very close to interstate, which was perfect for us. Also close to town and many dining options. Nothing fancy, but clean, neat and very friendly staff.
