Terrible experience
The condition of the hotel did not reflect the pictures online. Overall condition was terrible and dirty. Elevator was dirty and room had a musty smell. Bathroom tile was moldy in the shower and floor. Door to the bathroom dragged on the floor and was difficult to close. We only stayed because it was late and we left early the next morning even though we booked a second night. Hotels. Com charged me higher rate than the hotels rates so I won’t be booking through you again.staff at hotel we’re nice and apologetic about the condition of the room.
