This is the second time we've stayed here. Everyone is friendly, the resort is very clean and safe. I will stay at Las Palimas again on future trips!

i loved the place, we went for 4 nights with my husband and little boys- its a beautiful resort and the beach access was extremely nice. the only thing we didnt appreciate was the AC in the condo was not working properly and the nights were very hot and sweaty.. not a good experience at all. the other thing was the TVs didnt work, with 2 little boys we could have used the tv to keep them entertained in the evenings while my husband and i shared a nice bottle of wine, but that was not the case unfortunately. but other than that. we had a great time.

Overall great first time experience for the entire family. Rooms and pools were clean, housekeeping was excellent, food was great, and staff were friendly. Isaac who was taking care of us in the pool area with food/drinks was amazing!!! He was always polite and attentive to what we wanted. Thank you!!!

The checkin was disappointing. Our room was not ready till 6:00pm. Additiknally, we had reserved two rooms and each room was in different buildings. We asked the checkin clerk for the reason for this. He mentioned travelocity made the aelection this way and there was nothing they could do for us. Also the clerk and aupervisor were not helpful and rude.
