Beautiful condo, nice and clean. The washer/dryer was a plus! The other buildings are still under construction, however, it did not interfere with our stay. Definitely recommend.

Security was lacking- one guard was asleep so I just let myself in. Another time they had to call the guard to the desk to allow entrance.

We stayed in a three bedroom villa. Everything was perfect with the exception of the AC in the upstairs room and one of the rooms downstairs. Climate was muggy so it made for uncomfortable sleeping. I would suggest extra fans. We were out and about most days and could not sit and wait for anyone to come fix it. Had we had some fans around, it would have made the stay absolutely perfect. I would still give this property five stars. It’s beautiful inside and out.

Great villa for family. Fantastic design and very relaxing. Few minor issues which were rectified by owner quickly. Pool was amazing. Still very new area so it’s quiet and being developed. A car is very handy in and around Tulum as it’s so spread out with lots to see and do but taxis are available. Lots of quirky cafes, food was better in the area near villa than the main strip.
