Ugly view outside, next to a horrible looking vacant lot with scummy pond

Disappointing

Pros: Not much
Although this is a new hotel, there were a number of issues that needed to be addressed. First, the door to our room was so heavy that it was very difficult to open...also it did not close all the way....had to "pull" it closed. Reported the issue to the desk; maintenance responded, but did not repair the door, and never returned to do so. The breakfast area needed more staff. The beverage area (hot drinks) was placed at the beginning of the room....whereas, the food was at the end of the room. It was difficult to go back-and-forth to retrieve food and beverage. There was never enough sugar, etc., tea packets, cups......there just wasn't enough items supplied at the beverage area. In addition, the hot food was always cold. However, the staff was always nice.
