Had to wait for someone to check us in, gal showed up and was not very friendly, went over everything in a very lazy way. But, hotel is beautiful and room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Our first trip to Charlotte and in 5 days this clerk was the first slightly rude person we’ve met. Maybe just having a bad day?

Excellent Hotel
Trip was amazing hotel is very clean, staff very friendly, food is excellent and they have late night snacks, my stay was very comfortable. Hotel was located in heart of everything, restaurants and shopping areas. Love the fact hotel has it where late hours you can not enter without room key to get into front door of lobby, its locked. I will be returning for my birthday in May and i would highly recommend this hotel.

We had to take a dirty handicap room because my granddaughter couldn’t use a shower when we paid for shower /tub combo room. We learned all regular room has shower. We was there for my sister’s wedding and my .7 year old granddaughter was the bell ringer and here hair had been done professionally .
